Dune Outdoor Luxuries Terms & Conditions, Cancelations, Returns & Refunds Policy & Care & Maintenance:
Dune Outdoor Luxuries is bound by Australian Consumer Law and will process all returns and refunds in line with these laws.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Once your order is confirmed and you have paid you 50% deposit, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you cancel your order you agree to the following:
(a) In the case of a stocked item product, which is a product that is not been customised, you will be refunded in full for the value of the product less a 20% restocking fee to cover Dune Outdoor Luxuries administrative costs and expense incurred in handling and cancelling the order.
(b) In the case of a customised product which is an item that has been tailored specifically for you as a Customer, including your selection of powder-coat, size and fabric selection, you will forfeit the full deposit amount of 50% being the initial deposit payment.
You will have not further claim to the cancelled product.
Dune Outdoor Luxuries does not allow cancellations of orders, returns, refunds or exchanges on any inventory. It is the Customers responsibility to ensure there is reasonable access to allow the goods to be delivered.
Lead times can vary due to supply of materials, fabrics and shipment times. These issues are out of our control which can cause lead times to vary. We do everything in our power to ensure we deliver as promptly as possible but Acts of God, etc can affect these time frames.
Delivery timelines are best estimates and may be subject variability.
All final balances must be paid for prior to delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates only and we are unable to accept any liability for failure to deliver the products within the specified time resulting from shipment/delivery delays from our suppliers.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Fine outdoor furniture deserves exceptional care.
Brown Jordan furniture can be enjoyed for many years when well maintained. Maintaining includes regular cleaning. Often cleaners will clean surface areas underneath which affects the underside of outdoor items, this is not covered by warranty as we are are not aware of what chemicals they are using.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE:
Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, since with clear water, and dry thoroughly. To all metal frames, apply a fine, clear automotive spray wax for maximum protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt fire. For best protect, perform this maintenance two or three times per year in low pollution areas or more frequently in high pollution areas. Please note that these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired. Note: Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to resin, sun cloth cushions and strap. Versatex and Flex sling and vinyl lace strap. Do not allow such products to come in contact with any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains. which are not covered under warranty.
HOW TO CLEAN WOVE PRODUCTS
Woven furnishings are made of durable and weather-resistant extruded polyethylene resin weave. Light stains and soils may be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy staines can be removed with a quality commercial cleaner and protectant. Wowven furnishings may not be suitable for intensely hot climate.s
HOW TO CLEAN & CARE FOR RESINWOOD
To maintain Reisinwood material, wipe the surface with a damp cloth or spray with a garden nose. For stubborn direct, the surface may be washed with a mild solution of detergent or dishwashing soap in water, then rinsed thoroughly and allowed to dry completely. To repair minor scratches on the surface of the Resinwood material, use a 600-grit sandpaper and sand in the direction of the grain.
HOW TO CLEAN VINLY STRAP & LACE
Apply a quality vinyl protectant to guard against the effects of air pollution, salt air build-up and mildew. To remove difficult stains use rubbing alcohol applied with a soft cloth.
HOW TO CLEAN VERSATEXMESH & FLEX FABRIC
Remove light stains with a solution of mild detergent and water, then rinse with clear water and ry thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant.
HOW TO CLEAN SUNLCOTH ROPE, SUNCLOTH STRAP & LACE
For general or light cleaning, begin by brushing dirt off the rope, strap or lace. Apply a solution of mild detergent and warm water and allow it to soak into the strap. Gently clean with a spoon or soft bristle brush, then rinse thoroughly with clear water and allow the aerial to air dry.
For heavy stains or spot cleaning, apply a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Blot the stained area with a sponge or soft cloth and rinse thoroughly. Blot any excess moisture with a dry sponge or towel. Repeat previous steps until soap residue is removed. Allow the material to air dry.
HOW TO CLEAN FABRIC
Fine outdoor fabrics are designed to endure years of sun, soil and moisture. Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild detergent and water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Stand cushions on end and allow to air dry completely. Light stains can be removed as above. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. Note: Do not dry clean or use a dryer.
